Frequently Asked Questions Q: Why did you cancel my order? A: There are several reasons for a cancelled order which may not be evident at the time of placing your order. Most commonly these conditions applied:
- The credit card you used authorized but did not clear the amount of the purchase. This likely happens when your credit card is approaching its spending limit.
- You currently live in a region or state we are not allowed to ship to. Our current "No Ship" list is:
- Alabama
- Mississippi
- Texas
- Western half of Tennessee
- Florida Postal Codes starting with: 321, 322, 323
Q: Do you ship to FPO or APO Addresses? A: Yes, we do. Q: What happens if items are out of stock? A: We will complete your order with the requested stock preference chosen during the check-out process. See below for an explanation of the different stock preferences. Q: I changed my mind, I want to cancel my order! A: We are more than happy to cancel orders from our customers. If the status of your order is still "Ordered" when you request your cancel we will simply cancel the order no questions asked. However, if it is "Processing", this means we have already packaged the order and there will be a 40% re-stocking fee. If the order has already been shipped, you may return your order provided no products have been opened. This also is subject to the 40% re-stocking fee and shipping charges cannot be refunded. Q: What if my package is lost in the mail? A: Similar to sites like Amazon, Buy.com, and others, we are not responsible for lost packages. However, we do offer shipping insurance during the checkout process which will ensure if your package is lost we will either send an identical package, or refund you for your order. Once your package gets taken to the postal service it is beyond our control. Q: How are orders shipped? A: Orders are shipped primarily via USPS with delivery confirmation. We also ship using other shipping methods, i.e. UPS or FEDEX, for an additional fee or if your order is too big to be shipped via USPS.
